At SKYTRIBE we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, followed by another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn beyond trying them on, unwashed and in good condition.

Return Costs: Customers cover return postage for unwanted items or sizing changes.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return postage. Original standard delivery charges are also refunded where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Contact us if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. We’ll arrange a suitable resolution and cover return postage where required.
